Welcome to our online store. These terms are between you and Fennec Studio LLC, a California limited liability company ("Fennec Studio", "we", "us"), which operates this store. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
These terms cover the print-on-demand storefront only. X-TKN, our token and one-time secret API, is a separate service under its own Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Products and Services
2.1 Made-to-Order Products
All products sold on our website are made-to-order (print-on-demand). Each item is printed specifically for you after you place your order. This means:
Products are custom-made upon order placement
We do not maintain inventory of pre-printed items
Production typically takes 2-5 business days before shipping
2.2 Product Descriptions
We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual colors of our products. Slight color variations between your screen and the physical product are normal and not considered defects.
2.3 Pricing
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of order placement will be honored for that order.
3. Orders and Payment
3.1 Order Acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to:
Product unavailability
Errors in product or pricing information
Suspected fraudulent activity
Inability to verify payment information
3.2 Payment
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is processed at the time of order placement. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
3.3 Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase for a full refund
After 2 hours, cancellation is only possible if production has not started
Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order
3.4 Order Modifications
We can only modify orders that have not entered production. If you need to change your shipping address, size, color, or other details, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee modifications can be made once your order is submitted.
4. Shipping and Delivery

4.2 Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after production (2-5 business days):
US: 5-10 business days
Canada/Mexico: 7-14 business days
Europe: 10-20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
4.3 Shipping Confirmation
You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships. It is your responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure someone is available to receive the package.
4.4 Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 No Returns for Change of Mind
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:
Change of mind
Buyer's remorse
Sizing concerns (item doesn't fit as expected)
Minor color variations from screen display
We strongly encourage you to review sizing charts carefully before ordering.
5.2 Eligible Refunds and Replacements
We will provide a full refund or free replacement for:

Holes, tears, or structural issues in fabric
Stitching problems
Material quality issues

Blurry or unclear designs
Off-center printing
Significantly wrong colors
Faded or washed-out prints
Fulfillment Errors:
Wrong item sent (incorrect design)

Shipping Issues:
Package lost in transit (after reasonable delivery window)
Package damaged during shipping
5.3 How to Request a Refund
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
Provide your order number
Include clear photos showing the issue (for defects/damage)
Describe the problem in detail
5.4 Refund Processing
Requests are reviewed within 24-48 hours
Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Replacement orders ship within 2-5 business days after approval
5.5 Package Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, we cannot issue a refund as the carrier has confirmed delivery. We recommend:

Asking neighbors or household members
Contacting your local carrier
Filing a police report if theft is suspected
