Shipping policy

Every order is printed after you place it, so delivery takes printing time plus transit time. Both are below, with the longest you should wait.

Printing

2–5 business days to print and pack your order before it ships.

Delivery after it ships

United States: 5–10 business days.

Canada and Mexico: 7–14 business days.

Europe: 10–20 business days.

The longest it should take

Printing and delivery together: up to 15 business days in the United States, 19 to Canada and Mexico, and 25 to Europe.

What shipping costs

Shipping is charged at the carrier rate for your address and what is in your cart. Checkout shows the exact shipping cost and any tax before you pay, and nothing is added afterwards. When an order qualifies for free shipping, the cart says so.

Tracking

We email a tracking link when your order ships. If you have no tracking within 7 business days of ordering, email support@fennec.studio.

Damaged, wrong and lost packages are covered by our return policy.
